Approximately 70% of respondents consider a company's environmental credentials important when evaluating potential employers, with nearly a quarter researching a company's environmental policies before accepting a job. Moreover, around 15% have changed jobs due to sustainability concerns, and 40% have left or rejected opportunities because of misalignment with personal ethics or environmental values. This trend underscores the growing expectation for employers to demonstrate genuine commitment to sustainability to attract and retain talent.
